Cleanroom sealer Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM Epoxy housing
The Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM with epoxy housing is a robust and powerful sealer suitable for heavier applications, which is available in different sizes and with various options.
The Audion Industrial Sealmaster 420, 620 and 1020 ISM have been specially developed for intensive use in various (cleanroom) environments and industrial applications. Thanks to their powerful electric drive, the (impulse) sealers from the Sealmaster ISM series are suitable for sealing thicker materials such as ready-made bags / tubular film PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), Laminates. The ideal seal and cooling time for each film can be easily set via the digital control panel.
With the Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM, material with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.25mm (250 micron) can be sealed, with a seal width of 5 mm. Depending on the chosen model from the Industrial Sealmaster ISM series, a length of 420, 620 or 1020 mm can be sealed at a time.

The motor-driven seal bars are closed by means of light pressure on the electric foot pedal, after which the ISM produces a powerful and strong 5 mm seal. Special seal wire tensioners ensure that the seal wire remains optimally tensioned during the sealing process and guarantee a consistently high-quality and reliable seal even during intensive use, while actively preventing premature wear of PTFE strips. After the set seal time, the heating of the seal wire stops. The seal bars are then automatically held closed (pressed) to allow the seal to cool; after the set cooling time, the seal bars open automatically. This entire process takes a few seconds and makes the Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM very efficient.
When working with tubular film, you can opt for the optional cutting device, which allows packaging of any desired length to be made. The effective cutting range (width) of the cutting device differs per sealer:
- 420 ISM: 364 mm
- 620 ISM: 564 mm
- 1020 ISM: 964 mm
Simultaneously with making the bottom seal, you cut the bag. You then fill the bag and seal it at the top.
The Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM sealers are suitable for sealing the following films up to a maximum of 2 x 0.25 mm (250 micron) thick:

The table sealers from the Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM series have a robust design and the epoxy-coated housing is suitable for cleaning with the most common disinfection products

Advantage of Impulse sealers
The biggest advantage of an Impulse sealer such as the Audion Industrial Sealmaster is the fact that an Impulse sealer only requires power at the moment it is switched on and there is no warm-up time. Impulse sealers can remain connected to the power supply during the working day and are immediately ready for use. After use, the seal bars cool down immediately.
