The Contec SV-3 knitted swabs for surface validation SV-3 (5 pieces) have been specifically developed for accurate sampling in critical environments where minimal contamination is essential. The extra-wide swab head made of double-layered knitted polyester is optimised to minimise TOC contribution, which is crucial for reliable validation processes.
Reliable validation in cleanrooms
These swabs are manufactured without the use of adhesives or binders, making them compatible with common solvents such as alcohols and ketones without affecting the integrity of the sample. The head is thermally bonded to a notched polypropylene handle, which ensures a firm connection and smooth transfer of samples into vials.
