The Audion Magneta Industrial MGMI series consists of a complete range of cleanroom impulse sealers including motor with foot pedal, which are available in different sizes and with various options.
The Magneta Industrial 421, 521, 621, 721, 821 and 1021 MGMI from Audion are extremely suitable for sealing various products such as ready-made bags and tubular film with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.20 mm (200 micron) and a maximum width of 1020 mm.
The advantage of an impulse sealer from the Magneta MGMI series is the built-in motor for automatic operation of the seal arm. After activation via the foot pedal, the seal arm is brought into the downward position and held until the set seal and cooling time have elapsed, after which the arm automatically springs open again. The quality of the seal is therefore consistent and reliable. These user-friendly and safe machines are ideal for packaging small and medium-sized series.
Depending on the chosen model from the Magneta Industrial MGMI series, a length of 420, 520, 620, 720, 820 or 1020 mm can be sealed at a time. Silicone pressure rubbers on the underside of the seal bar ensure that both film halves are pressed firmly together for a tight seal seam of 5 mm wide. The seal wire is attached to the seal bar with spring-loaded wire tensioners, ensuring the seal wire remains optimally tensioned during sealing. This allows thicker films to be sealed and makes (cleanroom) packaging of products very efficient.
When working with tubular film, packaging of any desired length can be made by using the protected cutting device in the seal arm (red button) You cut the bag at the same time as making the bottom seal. You then fill the bag and seal it at the top.
After the set seal time (setting 1-10), the heating of the seal wire stops. The seal bar must then be held closed (pressed down) for a moment to allow the seal to cool; after the set cooling time, the seal bar opens automatically again. This entire process takes a few seconds and makes the Audion Magneta sealers very efficient.

Impulse sealer VS. continuous sealers:
The biggest difference between an impulse sealer and a continuous sealer is the fact that an impulse sealer only requires power at the moment it is switched on and there is no warm-up time. Impulse sealers can remain connected to the power supply during the working day and are immediately ready for use. After use, the seal bars cool down immediately.

Recommendation for cleanroom packaging with the Audion Magneta MGMI sealers: Test the setting (seal time) of the sealer on the material to be sealed in advance and adjust where necessary. Is the seal not strong enough? Then the knob should be set to a higher value (1-10), so that the seal time is extended to a maximum of 3 seconds. If the material burns, the seal time should be shortened. For material of 2 x 0.15 mm (200 micron) thick, setting 6 8 is recommended.
