The Audion Magneta MGM series consists of a complete range of cleanroom impulse sealers including a motor with foot pedal, which are available in different sizes and with various options.
The Audion Magneta 321 MGM, 421 MGM, 521 MGM and 621 MGM are extremely suitable for sealing various products such as ready-made bags and tubular film with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.15 mm (150 micron)
The advantage of an impulse sealer from the Magneta MGM series is the built-in motor for automatic operation of the seal arm. After activation via the foot pedal, the seal arm is brought into the downward position and held until the set seal and cooling time have elapsed, after which the arm automatically springs open. The quality of the seal is therefore consistent and reliable. These user-friendly and safe machines are ideal for packaging small and medium-sized batches.
Depending on the chosen model from the Magneta MGM series, a length of 320, 420, 520 or 620 mm can be sealed at a time. Silicone pressure rubbers on the underside of the seal bar ensure that both film halves are pressed firmly together for a tight seal seam of 3 mm wide. When working with tubular film, packaging of any desired length can be made by using the protected cutting device in the seal arm (red button) You cut the bag at the same time as making the bottom seal. You then fill the bag and seal it at the top.
After the set seal time (setting 1-10), the heating of the seal wire stops. The seal bar must then be kept closed (pressed down) for a moment to allow the seal to cool; after the set cooling time, the seal bar opens automatically again. This entire process takes a few seconds and makes the Audion Magneta sealers very efficient.
The Audion Magneta 321 MGM, 421 MGM, 521 MGM and 621 MGM sealing devices are suitable for sealing the following film with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.15 mm (150 micron):

Impulse sealer VS. continuous sealers:
The biggest difference between an impulse sealer and a continuous sealer is the fact that an impulse sealer only requires power at the moment it is switched on and there is no warm-up time. Impulse sealers can remain connected to the power supply during the working day and are immediately ready for use. After use, the seal bars cool down immediately.

Recommendation for using the Audion Magneta 321MGM, 421MGM, 521MGM, 621MGM: Test the setting (seal time) of the sealer on the material to be sealed in advance and adjust where necessary. Is the seal not strong enough? Then the knob should be set to a higher value (1-10), so that the seal time is extended to a maximum of 3 seconds. If the material burns, the seal time should be shortened. For material of 2 x 0.15 mm (150 micron) thick, setting 6 8 is recommended.
