The AJR UV‑A inspection lamp is suitable for accurate contamination detection on products and surfaces in cleanroom environments. The AJR UV 10000+EU carries an ASML number (12NC: 4022.479.00764). This lamp provides the advantage of emitting both UV‑A light (365 nm) and white light, making not only “dust” but also organic contamination visible. This is essential for ASML Grade 4 and Grade 2 inspection procedures. An optional Blacklight Filter (ASML 12NC: 4022.489.56955) significantly enhances particle visibility.
