The Audion Power Sealer MV series (VAC PSR / VAC PSR PLUS) is a high-grade, industrial vacuum impulse sealer designed for professional cleanroom and packaging environments. Equipped with a powerful Venturi vacuum pump and gas flushing capability, this device is engineered for maximum volume reduction and optimal product protection.
Important installation requirement: Operating a Power Sealer always requires an external compressed air connection (0.6 – 1.0 MPa / 6 – 10 bar).
The machine is available in seal lengths of 520 mm, 720 mm, and 1020 mm, and comes in two functional versions:
- MV TC: Reliable vacuum sealer with precise temperature and time control for standard industrial and cleanroom packaging processes.

Both versions feature an integrated Venturi vacuum pump with a 20 mm vacuum nozzle. This feature is specifically designed to achieve effective volume reduction during packaging:

The MV TC is equipped with the digital Audion Touch Techware controller. This allows seal time, cooling temperature, vacuum time, and gas flushing time to be accurately set and monitored digitally.

2. Audion Power Sealer MVMEDPLUS (Fully validatable & traceable)
The MVMEDPLUS was specifically developed for the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, and strict high-tech cleanroom environments where process validation according to ISO 11607-2 and EN 868-5 is required.
Additional specifications of the MVMEDPLUS:
- Continuous seal pressure monitoring: In addition to time and temperature, actual mechanical seal pressure is monitored in real-time. If any parameter falls outside set tolerances, the cycle automatically stops and displays an error message.
