Robust industrial impulse bag sealer with a stainless steel housing, specifically designed for cleanroom, food, and pharmaceutical environments.
The Audion Industrial Sealmaster 420, 620 and 1020 ISMS with stainless steel housing have been specially developed for intensive use in various (cleanroom) environments and industrial applications where it is important to be able to clean the (stainless steel) housing of the sealers very easily and effectively with the most common disinfection products
The (impulse) sealers from the Sealmaster ISMS series are suitable for sealing thicker materials such as ready-made bags / tubular film PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), Laminates, thanks to their powerful electric drive. The ideal seal and cooling time for each film can be set very easily via the digital control panel.
With the Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISMS, material with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.25mm (250 micron) can be sealed, with a seal width of 5 mm. Depending on the chosen model from the Industrial Sealmaster ISMS series, a length of 420, 620 or 1020 mm can be sealed at a time.
The electric motor-driven seal bars are closed by means of light pressure on the electric foot pedal, after which the ISMS produces a powerful and strong 5 mm seal. Special seal wire tensioners ensure that the seal wire remains optimally tensioned during the sealing process and guarantee a continuous high-quality and reliable seal even during intensive use, while premature wear of PTFE strips is actively prevented. After the set seal time, the heating of the seal wire stops. The seal bars are then automatically kept closed (pressed) to allow the seal to cool down; after the set cooling time, the seal bars open automatically again. This entire process takes a few seconds and makes the Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISMS very efficient.
When working with tubular film, you can opt for the optional cutting device with which packaging of any desired length can be made. The effective cutting range (width) of the cutting device differs per sealer:
- 420 ISMS: 364 mm
- 620 ISMS: 564 mm
- 1020 ISMS: 964 mm
Simultaneously with making the bottom seal, you cut the bag. You then fill the bag and seal it at the top.

Advantage of Impulse sealers
The biggest advantage of an Impulse sealer such as the Audion Industrial Sealmaster is the fact that an Impulse sealer only requires power at the moment it is switched on and there is no warm-up time. Impulse sealers can remain connected to the power supply during the working day and are immediately ready for use. After use, the seal bars cool down immediately.
