This Super-Cello 420 SCT sealing tong from Audion is used for many applications where heat sealing equipment must be used "on-site". This sealing tong is suitable for sealing material with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.2 mm.
The Super-Cello heatsealer offers a reliable solution for airtight packaging of materials on-site within critical environments. Thanks to direct heating without warm-up time, this device is immediately ready for use for sealing aluminium laminate foils, such as coffee bags, with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.2 mm. The tongs are designed for intensive use where mobility and precision are essential, supported by a generous 4.5-metre connection cable and a lightweight construction of 1.35 kg that minimises physical strain for the user.
Efficient sealing and temperature control
The Super-Cello 420 SCT is equipped with PTFE-coated sealing bars that ensure a tight seal seam of 10 mm wide. The temperature is infinitely adjustable between 60°C and 250°C, allowing the setting to be precisely matched to the specific thickness and composition of the laminate. The insulated handles remain cool during use, which ensures the safety and comfort of the operator. Application areas and use
This industrial sealing tong has been specifically developed for packaging high-tech components, powders, granulates, and liquids. The device is extremely suitable for objects with complex shapes that cannot be processed on a stationary machine. For an optimal result, it is advised to perform a test seal in advance at 130°C and adjust the temperature if necessary.
