Designed for the workforce
To ensure cleanroom personnel enjoy an optimal working environment, ample ambient light has been provided through large windows with double safety glazing. A high-capacity air conditioning system offers heating and cooling capabilities. A bright working environment was essential for optimal working conditions; to achieve this, a lighting study was conducted, resulting in uniform illumination throughout the cleanroom.
The PanelBloc cleanroom is accessible via the material airlock or changing room, both equipped with automatic interlocking door systems. This minimizes the transfer of contamination into the main area to an absolute minimum. Wide access doors in the goods area ensure large objects can easily move in or out of the facilities.
Fully turnkey delivered
In addition to the full design, manufacturing, and installation of the cleanroom, ProCleanroom supplied a comprehensive range of cleanroom furniture and accessories. This includes a step-over bench, storage cabinets, racking, trolleys, mirrors, waste bins, swabs, and specialized cleanroom cleaning carts including mop systems. A complete line of specialized garments and consumables was delivered for the cleanroom operators, including coveralls, hairnets, gloves, and overshoes.
