Cleanroom table sealer Audion SealKid 236, 321, 421, 621 impulse sealers
The handy Sealkid table sealers from Audion are suitable for sealing (tubular) film with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.2 mm. With a length of 235, 320, 420 or 620 mm, the most common films can be sealed.
The 236 SK, 321 SK, 421 SK and 621 SK from Audion are extremely suitable for sealing various products. The advantage of an impulse sealer is the fact that there is no warm-up time. When the top bar is pressed down, the sealing wire is heated immediately and the film is sealed. Depending on the chosen model from the Sealkid series, a length of 235, 320, 420 or 620 mm can be sealed at a time. Silicone pressure rubbers on the underside of the top bar ensure that both film halves are pressed firmly together, with the interlocking sealing bars ensuring a tight seal seam of 3 mm wide.
After the set sealing time (setting 1 10) the heating of the sealing wire stops. The sealing bar must then be held closed (pressed down) for a moment to allow the seal to cool, after which the top bar can be opened again; the film bag is now sealed. On average, ± 15 seals per minute can be performed.
The Audion 236 SK, 321 SK, 421 SK and 621 SK sealing devices are suitable for sealing the film below with a maximum thickness of 2 x 0.2 mm (200 microns):

The table sealers from the Audion Sealkid series have a robust design and the housing is suitable for cleaning with the most common disinfection products. These impulse sealers are equipped with a timer with which the sealing time can be set accurately, adjusted to the thickness of the film. An indicator light indicates when the sealing time has been completed. The table sealers are equipped as standard with a knife option, making it possible to make bags yourself from tubular film adjusted to the size of the product to be sealed.
The Audion Sealkid table sealer must be connected to a standard power supply of 230V-1ph-50/60 Hz 16 A with the supplied power cable of ± 1.8m. The models from the Sealkid series differ in maximum power and dimensions:
- 236 SK: 300 Watt 368 x 90 mm (l x W) sealing surface height 102 mm
- 321 SK: 700 Watt 453 x 100 mm (l x W) sealing surface height 118 mm
- 421 SK: 550 Watt 553 x 100 mm (l x W) sealing surface height 118 mm
- 621 SK: 650 Watt 753 x 100 mm (l x W) sealing surface height 128 mm
Impulse sealer VS. continuous sealers:
The biggest difference between an impulse sealer and a continuous sealer is the fact that an impulse sealer only requires power at the moment it is switched on and that there is no warm-up time. Impulse sealers can remain connected to the power supply during the working day and are immediately ready for use. After use, the sealing bars cool down immediately.

Recommendation for the use of the Audion Sealkid 236 SK, 321 SK, 421 SK and 621 SK: Test the setting (sealing time) of the sealing tongs on the material to be sealed in advance and adjust where necessary. Is the seal not strong enough? Then the knob should be set to a higher value (1-10), so that the sealing time is extended to a maximum of 3 seconds. If the material burns, the sealing time should be shortened.
