Crossflow cabinet type HLFU1250
The flow cabinet generates a horizontal unidirectional flow (crossflow), ensuring that product and process within the flow cabinet are optimally protected against contamination in the form of particles and/or micro-organisms.
The HLFU-1250 from ProCleanroom is equipped as standard with a HEPA absolute filter, which offers >99.995% efficient filtration down to 0.3 microns. The HLFU-1250 crossflow cabinet thereby achieves an ISO Class 5 or cleaner working environment (according to ISO14644-1) and is extremely suitable for sectors where product or process protection is a necessity. Think of high-tech and electronics industries, research institutions and laboratories.
In a laminar flow cabinet with ISO-5 classification, products (ASML) grade 4 and 2 can be cleaned, assembled and packaged.
By placing the crossflow cabinets from the HLFU series in the indoor environment (warehouse, laboratories, cleanroom etc.), an ultra-clean mini-environment is created. Within this environment, critical processes (such as sampling, assembling, cleaning, packaging etc.) can be optimally carried out.

The upper structure and rear plenum of the HLFU1250 crossflow cabinet are made of high-quality and durable powder-coated steel in colour RAL 9016. The side walls are made of transparent Polycarbonate. The flow cabinet is equipped as standard with a stainless steel 304 worktop, which can optionally be adapted to HPL (Trespa)

Installation and validation
Depending on the chosen option of self-collection or delivery on site (within the Benelux), ProCleanroom's engineers will take care of the ISO validation beforehand or at your location.
The flow cabinet is supplied with a validation report. After delivery, we offer periodic service and revalidation of the flow cabinet if desired.
