The Contec Microsilk II LWMD0201 cleanroom wipes are extremely soft due to their microfibre texture and have a high absorption capacity. The wipes are suitable for cleanroom environments up to ISO Class 4.
The Contec Microsilk II 23 x 23 cm cleanroom wipes have been specifically developed for cleaning extremely delicate surfaces where scratching must be absolutely avoided. Thanks to the laser-cut edges, the release of particles and fibres is kept to a minimum, making these wipes suitable for critical processes within ISO Class 4 environments. The unique microfibre structure ensures maximum surface contact, effectively absorbing and retaining both oil- and water-based contamination.
Superior cleaning for optical instruments
The texture of these wipes is extremely soft, making them ideal for polishing lenses, mirrors and other optical components. Despite their softness, the material, consisting of 75% polyester and 25% nylon, is very robust, allowing even slightly rough surfaces to be cleaned without damaging the wipe. To ensure the highest purity, the Microsilk II wipes are laundered and packed in a controlled ISO Class 4 cleanroom environment.
