Contec StatZorb SZ-99 electrostatic dissipative polyester wipe 23 x 23 cm
The Contec StatZorb cleanroom wipe is made of polyester fabric with a conductive fibre knitted into a specially designed grid pattern that minimises "electrostatic hot spots". The wipes are suitable up to ISO Class 3 and Grade C / D.
The Contec StatZorb 23 x 23 cm (ESD) offers a reliable solution for dry wiping sensitive electronic components in ESD-sensitive zones. These cleanroom wipes are manufactured from a specialised blend of 98% polyester and 2% conductive fibres (polyamide/carbon), which ensures uniform antistatic properties on both sides of the wipe.
Minimal particle release and surface protection
The wipes feature laser-cut edges, which significantly reduce particle and fibre release compared to traditional cutting methods. This makes the StatZorb SZ-99 extremely suitable for critical applications where scratch-free cleaning of optical components, disc drives, or MR heads is required.
