Contec DualClean softwall cleaner
The Contec DualClean has been specially developed for cleaning softwall strip curtains and barriers in clean workspace enclosures up to ISO class 5 cleanrooms.
Efficient cleaning of strip curtains
The Contec DualClean softwall cleaner has been specifically developed to simplify the maintenance of softwall strip curtains in controlled environments. Where traditional methods are time-consuming, this system allows an operator to clean both sides of strips between 10 and 30 cm wide in one smooth movement. Due to the constant pressure of the two arms, contamination is removed evenly over the full length of the strip, from top to bottom.
Deployable in critical ISO environments
This cleaning system is designed for use in various cleanroom classes. Depending on the chosen cover, the DualClean is suitable for different levels of contamination control. The microfibre cover is effective for removing coarser particles in ISO class 6 to 8. For more critical applications up to ISO class 5, the Quiltec polyester cover offers the necessary purity. Thanks to the QuickConnect system, the frame is easy to couple to various handles for optimal reach.
Durable and industrial design
The frame is manufactured from stainless steel, which contributes to the long service life and chemical resistance of the system. The DualClean is compatible with the most common disinfectants and can be sterilised using standard methods, including autoclaving. To maintain the transparency of the softwall strips, it is advised to use neutral cleaning agents such as Contec Neutraklean, as aggressive solvents such as IPA can cause discolouration.
