Quiltec covers made of double-layer knitted polyester for the Contec DualClean are specially developed for cleaning softwall strip curtains in critical cleanroom environments up to ISO Class 4.

Clean both sides of softwall strip curtains up to 30 cm wide in a single motion. The Contec DualClean Quiltec covers are specifically designed to maintain even tension on both sides of the strips, ensuring consistent removal of contaminants without damaging the material. Thanks to the double-layer knitted polyester structure, these covers offer the durability required for intensive industrial use in controlled environments.
Industrial resistance and cleanliness
These white microfibre covers are manufactured from 100% knitted polyester and laundered in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom to guarantee the highest degree of cleanliness. The material is fully resistant to the most common solvents and disinfectants. For critical applications, the covers are autoclavable (recommended cycle of 121 °C for 30 minutes) and compatible with standard sterilisation methods.
