These cleanroom chairs are suitable for cleanrooms from ISO Class 9 to 6 and are characterized by comfort and ergonomic adjustability. Finished in durable Nero black synthetic leather and infinitely height-adjustable between 42 and 55 cm.
The HEXAGON Cleanroom Chair is an ergonomic and hygienic work chair engineered specifically for controlled environments up to ISO Class 6. Within critical production and laboratory facilities, dependable physical support and rigorous contamination control are paramount. All models in the HEXAGON series feature a specialized bottom seal under the seat pan (sealed seat protection). This structural design effectively eliminates dust trap zones, ensuring thorough and efficient sanitization.
Engineered for Comfort and Hygiene
Manufactured from a durable composite of PVC and woven PES fabric, the chair provides a wear-resistant surface that is straightforward to clean and disinfect. The high backrest delivers continuous lumbar and thoracic support throughout work shifts, while the stepless seat-height adjustment promotes an optimal posture. Depending on operational requirements, users can select either the PCX permanent contact mechanism or the ASX asynchronous adjustment mechanism.
Safety and operational stability are calibrated to the seat height. The low-height model (42–55 cm) comes standard with castors for seamless mobility around workstations. Elevated models (50–70 cm and 60–85 cm) are supplied with heavy-duty glides to prevent accidental roll-away when mounting or dismounting; soft castors are available as an option. Furthermore, all HEXAGON chairs can be fitted with an optional sealed gas lift (NO-OIL), reliably containing oil mist and grease particulates. The chairs are delivered as standard in black faux leather (Nero 014); Titanio and Bianco colorways are available upon request.
