Cleanroom mop system with 2 x 20L plastic buckets
Cleanroom mop system with two, 20 litre plastic buckets from Contec, is a compact and handy mop system for use in cleanroom environments. The stainless steel trolley is designed for use with Contec's QuickTask Mopping systems.
The compact Contec mop system consists of a set of:
- 1 x Stainless steel trolley with swivel castors
- 2 x 20 litre polypropylene plastic buckets
- 1 x Stainless steel mop wringer
A version of the stainless steel trolley with heavy-duty lockable swivel castors is also available; this is recommended for intensive use of the mop system.
The 20 litre polypropylene buckets are supplied as standard in blue and red and are resistant to the most commonly used cleaning agents. A volume indicator is included in the buckets, making it easy to add the correct mixing ratio. Using a dual-bucket system allows for colour-coded distinction between clean and waste solutions. The compact mop system is supplied as standard with a stainless steel mop wringer. These wringers are specially developed for the 20 litre buckets and are attached to the rim. By pressing the mop onto these wringers, the dirty water is squeezed out of the mop and collected in the black/grey bucket.

The durable and lightweight stainless steel trolley is very compact, approx. 54 x 50 x 27 cm (L x W x H) and easy to manoeuvre. The four rotating, (lockable) swivel castors ensure excellent manoeuvrability, making the mop system ideal for small cleanrooms and tight spaces. The mop system is fully autoclavable at 121° C for 30 min.
