This advanced cleanroom solution was designed to meet the stringent demands of precision work within the high-tech industry and was installed within an existing cleanroom environment.

ISO Class 3

The laminar crossflow cabinet was developed by ProCleanroom's in-house engineering department. Featuring a working width of 2000 mm and a worktop depth of 800 mm, it provides a spacious and ultra-clean working environment. With an internal working height of 900 mm and an ISO Class 3 classification, this crossflow cabinet guarantees a virtually dust-free atmosphere, essential for sensitive processes and measurements. Filtration is handled by an absolute ULPA U15 filter, ensuring an exceptionally high degree of purity.

Designed for measuring equipment

Unique to this project is the design, which allows the laminar crossflow cabinet to be positioned over a granite measuring table. This setup contributes to achieving a vibration-free working environment.

Each leg of the crossflow cabinet is equipped with a stepless height-adjustment system, combined with sturdy swivel castors. This allows the crossflow cabinet to be accurately positioned and subsequently lowered, resting completely on the table. This placement flexibility is crucial for seamless integration with existing measurement setups at MI Partners.

The HPL worktop features predetermined mounting points, enabling MI Partners to easily mount and configure specialized equipment. This tailored solution highlights ProCleanroom's expertise in delivering advanced cleanroom technologies that seamlessly align with the specific needs of high-tech companies like MI Partners.

The base frame of the laminar crossflow cabinet is manufactured from ground 304 stainless steel, contributing to both durability and hygiene. The crossflow cabinet is equipped with a multifunctional Multi-controller, offering extensive configuration options. This includes operating schedule programming, resulting in significant energy savings during periods of inactivity.
