The 330m² PanelBloc cleanroom
This high-grade 330 m² PanelBloc cleanroom has been installed at the premises of Royal Meilink (IPS Technology and Innovar Cleaning Control) in Eindhoven and will be used for cleaning and packaging high-tech components. Innovar Cleaning Control, part of Royal Meilink, is a high-end service provider focusing on component cleaning, qualification, assembly, and packaging. IPS is a specialist in the development of industrial packaging and tooling.
By utilizing the patented PanelBloc system, all walls and the ceiling feature a fully flush finish, enabling fast and thorough cleaning while delivering optimal cleanliness performance. With its H14 HEPA filtration and innovative engineering, the cleanroom comfortably achieves an ISO Class 6 classification in the main area and ISO Class 7 in the material airlock and changing room.
Cleanroom optimized for processing components of various sizes
The main room is accessible via a goods transfer area equipped with wide high-speed roll-up doors, allowing large tooling and goods to easily enter the primary space. The goods transfer area connects to an existing cleanroom through an airlock with a high-speed roll-up door and self-closing swing doors. All internal and external doors feature interlocking door systems, ensuring cross-contamination between different areas is kept to an absolute minimum.
Designed for the process and personnel
For optimal climate control, a comprehensive air handling system was integrated. This ensures the precise temperature and humidity regulation required for Innovar's high-grade product cleaning and packaging operations. To guarantee maximum comfort for operators, large windows with double safety glazing allow natural ambient light to flood the cleanroom. The high-capacity HVAC system provides heating, cooling, and dehumidification capabilities. To achieve the desired bright working conditions, a detailed lighting design was executed, resulting in uniform illumination across the entire facility.
Fully equipped gowning room
To ensure maximum efficiency and an impressive appearance in the changing area, custom HPL furniture was designed and installed. The flush finish, material properties, and sloped tops of the HPL furniture facilitate fast and effective cleaning.
Keeping the changing room as clean as possible minimizes the transfer of contamination into the main area. Various cabinet configurations provide ample storage for garments, footwear, and cleanroom consumables such as gloves, face masks, overshoes, and hairnets.
Fully turnkey delivered
In addition to the complete design, manufacturing, and installation of the cleanroom, ProCleanroom supplied a comprehensive range of cleanroom furniture and accessories. This includes a step-over bench, storage cabinets, racking, trolleys, mirrors, waste bins, swabs, and specialized cleanroom cleaning carts including mop systems. A complete line of specialized garments and accessories was delivered for the cleanroom operators, including coveralls, hairnets, gloves, and overshoes.
