Contec Prosat Polynit Heatseal PS-HS9-7030 wipes are presaturated and made from 100% polyester. The sealed edges ensure extremely low fiber and particle generation. The wipes are suitable for cleanroom environments up to ISO Class 3.
Contec Polynit Heatseal PS-HS9-7030 wipes are made from 100% knit polyester and presaturated with a solution of 70% isopropanol and 30% deionized water. The PS-HS9-7030 wipe is chemically resistant and generates exceptionally low levels of particles and fibers.
PS-HS9-7030 cleanroom wipes feature laser-cut sealed edges. Because the edges are cut using a laser, particle generation is significantly lower than with knife-cut wipes, such as standard Polynit (PN). This makes the wipe exceptionally suitable for critical applications and ideal for use on scratch-sensitive surfaces.
Presaturated wipes ensure consistent saturation of every wipe, independent of the operator. Using presaturated cleanroom wipes provides greater control and consistency over the amount of solvent applied to the product or surface being cleaned.
