The covers are pre-impregnated with a precise solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and 30% demineralised water. This eliminates the need for manual fluid dosing on the work floor, ensuring a consistent and reliable result with every cleaning cycle.
Efficiency and ease of use
The design is focused on a seamless fit with the EasyReach frame. The covers remain securely in place during use, but are constructed so that they are easy and quick to change even while wearing cleanroom gloves.
