The Vileda Professional CE Softwall Cleaner™ is part of the specialist CE Above-the-Floor Tools product line from Vileda. This range has been specifically developed for the simple and effective cleaning and disinfection of hard-to-reach surfaces in controlled environments, such as pipes, tanks, and flexible plastic partitions.
The CE Softwall Cleaner™ offers the simplest and most effective method for cleaning flexible PVC strip curtains (strip curtains / softwalls) that separate different zones within cleanrooms. Thanks to its unique, patented design, the system makes full contact with the curtain, from the ceiling to the floor. This guarantees a consistent and reliable cleaning result over the entire surface.
How does the Vileda CE Softwall Cleaner work?
The operation of the Vileda CE Softwall Cleaner is extremely simple and effective:
- Each softwall strip to be cleaned is placed between the two arms of the Vileda CE Softwall Cleaner.
- The arms make direct contact with both sides of the curtain at once.
- With light tension on the softwall, the operator pulls the cleaner over the entire length from top to bottom.
- This allows both sides of the softwall to be cleaned and disinfected completely evenly in one smooth motion.

- High-quality materials: Manufactured from electropolished stainless steel (RVS) and anodised aluminium. This guarantees an extremely smooth, corrosion-resistant surface that does not shed particles and is perfectly resistant to intensive cleaning regimes.
- Fully autoclavable: Both the frame and the components can be repeatedly sterilised in the autoclave (steam sterilisation at 121 °C / 2 bar) to ensure absolute germ-free conditions.
- Optimised for the MicroIntensive L Cover: Designed for use with the specially validated Vileda MicroIntensive L Cover microfibre cover These covers fit seamlessly onto existing CE floor cleaning systems and are made of certified cleanroom-compatible material.

Note: If softwall strips are cleaned with IPA, they will quickly discolour and become dull. We recommend always using a neutral cleaning agent when cleaning the softwall strips to prevent discolouration.
